Dear Breathe,

I have been a Goodsphere customer for a couple of years and when they suffered their misfortune I suffered too as I was unable to source my favourite essences. I was forced to shop elsewhere and stumbled across your website, so I decided to try your essences. I was so impressed with the quick turnaround and the essences I tried were so delightful I had to sample more of them with so much choice I was like a kid in a sweet shop! I think I have probably gone through them all now? Needless to say I have now settled down to having my favourites.

Just recently my Goodsphere burnt out and it was with scepticism that I decided to buy your Revitaliser as I needed a replacement, what made me take the plunge was your 2 Year warranty I felt I had nothing to loose. Again delivery was extremely quick, next day in fact. I have to admit I was a little taken back when I first switched it on as I have been so used to the rigorous sloshing of water and noise of the rounded Goodsphere I wondered whether the Breathe machine was actually working properly. When I telephoned and spoke to you I found you all to be open and honest and went into great detail regarding the technicalities of my purchase. I needn’t have worried as after I gave it an hour I soon realised that not only had the air quality improved vastly the essence could be smelt throughout the whole of the downstairs.

To anyone concerned about purchasing a Breathe Revitaliser after having used Goodsphere or any other model, take it from me Breathe is a much superior product. It is quieter and more efficient in coverage and you don’t get the rigorous sloshing and movement like you do with the others. The reassurance of a two year warranty tells you much about the products reliability. Do what I did and take the plunge. The customer service is sublime too. Put it this way I will never go back to the old fashioned concept.

Breathe; you have converted the already converted! Keep up the good work. You have a customer for life and hopefully more coming your way as I have no hesitation in recommending you to all my friends and family.
